We supply Advertising Display Media, renovated/refurbished agricultural 2-wheel tractors and accessories from the United Kingdom, sale of of modern chicken cages, high quality used tyres from Japan and many more. 

It also provides Software Development through partner software developing companies in India and Singapore, and the sales of Internet Networking Equipment’s is another facet of our company, helping small and medium sized business men and women optimized their business procedures with efficiency and reliability.

 

A business model is the designing and development of e-commerce websites through our partner software developing companies in Ghana, India and Singapore; designing and developing e-commerce websites for corporations, small and medium size enterprise and individual business entrepreneurs.

The Compnay offers business re-engineering and business equipment supply services to small and medium size companies in Ghana. It also supplies/distribute refurbished two & four wheel tractors from the United Kingdom on pre order basis to local farmers and small scale agricultural businesses in the rural areas of Ghana.

Most of our  products and services are tailor made and is directed towards newly started or old businesses, entrepreneurs, organisations and agricultural farmers. Our business activities also target the youth that are currently coming out of the tertiary institutions by providing job opportunities in marketing, project management, supply chain, distribution and sales of our products and services.

Pricing Structure

We use a Full Cost Plus Pricing model. This module strategy takes into account all relevant costs of services and products and then add a determined percentage that serves as profit. The advantage of this model is that, it is easy to calculate and monitor, as price increases in products and services automatically are reflected in price hikes of the products and services we offer . This strategy might also encourage would be competitors to assume similar models, as they will fear risks that our company adhering to this strategy would not be exposed to.
